Every pearl is unique. Its shape, shade, size, and surface may therefore vary slightly from the pearls shown in the photos. These natural differences are not defects and are what make every piece of jewelry unique.

Production time depends on the complexity of the design and the availability of the required materials. It usually takes several weeks. We will always agree on an estimated completion time with you in advance.

Keep your necklace away from water, perfume, cosmetics, and cleaning products. After wearing it, gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth and store it separately from other jewelry.

Can I return a necklace?

Yes. A standard, unaltered item can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The necklace must be unworn and undamaged. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Necklaces that have been made or altered to the customer’s specifications cannot be returned.
